Annual Local Camp
The steady raindrops that pummeled the tents, weren't enough to drain the spirits of the campers. It was just a part of the annual experience that they enjoy so much! So began a weekend of inspiration, fun, and yes, true pathfindering. The Lehigh SDA Royal Knights' Adventurer and Pathfinder Club came to the Fish Eating Creek campgrounds, as they do every year. Activities such as health honors, heritage study, and hiking were a part of this spectacular weekend. At the Sabbath devotional, all the pathfinders and adventurers donned their class B uniforms and arrived at the meeting hall/wash house. Sis. Jones talked about the goodness of the Lord and how we need to serve Him wholeheartedly. Sis. Bromfield gave a testimony of how God delivered her out of several catastrophic events. One of the speakers, pathfinder talked about trusting in God because, "God got your back!" They were reminded of how in the end days, camping life will be expected. The club felt a deeper connection to God, while worshipping around a roaring campfire. It was a blessing to be there, and I hope we will see you next year!
