Annual Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Vacation Bible School is a community outreach program held in the summer, where all children are welcome into an atmosphere of love, security and acceptance. The program includes and supports spiritual, educational, and social features. It includes a general session each day. Bible stories, crafts, games, drama, and music.
The purpose of this program is to reach out to children in the community and lead them to Christ. Children of the church are given the opportunity to make new friends and to develop a pattern of outreach to others. Each summer the children meet five days a week for four hours each day. At the end of the week, a graduation service is held at which all children are rewarded with a certificate of participation.
